Massimo Cortili is currently the Managing Director of WallMax® in Italy, one of the leading names in the Mobile Telecom Networks industry. His previous experiences were as business analyst in the strategic services of Andersen Consulting (now Accenture); Export Sales Director at FIMO®; and Western Europe Business Manager at NK Cables (Draka), Helsinki.
Mr. Cortili holds a degree in B.A. at the .L. Bocconi. University of Milan, with a specialization in organization and management.
Since 2008 he is also a visiting faculty at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (amongst the top ten Business Schools in India) in New Delhi, in the areas of Strategy and International Business.
Mr. Cortili brings his vast experience in the telecommunications industry and his management expertise to TMG. His expanded network in Europe and success of FIMO® in India would be leveraged to advise TMG’s clients in their investment decisions.

Business. He has more than decade of work experience in diverse sectors such as
Engineering, Software, Insurance, Risk Management & Consulting and
has experience in striking and nurturing several strategic alliances.
The mandate includes identifying key projects for participation; explore multi-level JV possibilities with Indian companies and also on-going strategic advice to expand in this growing market.
Naveen has more than a decade of diverse experience in the areas of strategy, operations and marketing in medical technologies, pharma & life sciences sector. He is also one of the co-founders of medical technology marketing company, which is involved in marketing of medical devices & equipment in the Indian market.
Les has more than thirty years of experience in the automotive industry and has been at the forefront of promoting the UK automotive industry.
He has advised various UK based automotive and auto-component companies on their international business strategy and has supported them in forging a wide range of business development projects and cross-border partnerships, mainly in India and China
